I work for Realty Executives and have also been tackling the problem of keeping these sites 'search engine friendly' - especially when they want to keep all the pages dynamic to allow particular agents' branding to show up on the main site's info. I ended up creating a set of nice, static html pages for a lot of their main info that doesn't need to be dynamic and I highly recommend the idea to others, although you might want to keep noindex tags on the dynamic versions of the pages to keep the search engines from getting mad at you. Have you noticed the different results that come up from the different Google centers. I am a wedding videographer and find that if I search Big Daddy, I am number one for my 10 main keywords. But, if I search by going directly to www.Google.com then I can be from 1 - 26 depending on which data center is giving me the results.
